7 Days After The Date of Arrival Return Guarantee 

If you encounter a defect in your product, we are truly sorry. If one or more of the items you receive is damaged, different, or not working within 7 days after the package is delivered, please be rest assured that you will be protected by this guarantee.

What we will need from you.

  1. The Order number and item number;
  2. A receipt or proof of purchase;
  3. A photo or video showing the issue;
  4. A photo of the shipping label and original packaging;

We will review your claim within 24 hours and contact you if we need more information. If approved, we will arrange a replacement part or we will refund you for the defective part.

If the product is totally damaged and does not function at all upon arrived due to logistic, please feel safe that because we will refund 100% of your money within 1-2 business days. We stand behind our service and money-back guarantee. 

If a partial refund or full refund happens, we may need your help to return the defective parts of the product. Hence, our customer support team will provide you with the address of one of our return warehouses. 

30 Days Conditional Return 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days after the package is delivered, we can arrange a partial refund. A 10% restocking fee per item will be charged in this scenario. The rest of your payment will be returned to your account right after we receive the return package and inspect to know whether it qualifies  for a refund.  

REQUIREMENTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN AND REFUND

  1. Item(s) have been delivered within the last 30 days. 
  2. The item and all parts must be returned in the original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton.
  3. The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped. Any variation may result in damage to the piece and could invalidate your return.
  4. Item(s) haven't been installed or modified while in your possession.
  5. Installed or customized items are ineligible for return.
  6. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping including insurance for the full retail value of the item(s).

The inspection typically will only take 1 business day. If the package is qualified for a refund, 90% of your payment will be returned to your bank account within 1 more business day.   

Cancellation Guarantee 

Please be aware that you are eligible to cancel your order within 48 hours after you place the order. No question asked. No fee will be applied. Just send us your order cancellation requirement via any of the following channels.

Order cancellation after 48 hours when the order is placed is only available as long as the package has not been shipped out to international cargo either with the sea or airline cargo vendor. We will do our best to provide the best cancellation experience in this scenario. Please also be aware that a 10% restocking fee per item will be charged in this scenario. 

Please kindly understand that due to the complexity of international logistics, once the package is shipped out to the international cargo, you can’t cancel this order anymore at this stage. However,  you are still safe and protected by our 7 days and 30 days money-back guarantee.
